Season 4
When the pretty woman with the initials LL arrives in Smallville, Clark Kent’s (Tom Welling) life gets even more messed up. Lois Lane (Erica Durance) is an incoming freshman in college and is in search of her cousin, Chloe, who mysteriously disappeared. However, instead of finding Chloe, she finds Clark Kent lying naked on the cornfield.
Although Lois Lane does not star in every single episode, she manages to have a non-romantic relationship with Clark.
Lana Lang (Kristin Kreuk), Clark’s ex, comes back to Smallville with her new boyfriend, Jason Teague ( Jensen Ackles) and Jason’s mother, Genevieve (Jan Seymour). Lana also has a new tattoo that seemed to depict Kryptonian crystals. Jason gets a job as Smallville High’s assistant football coach, while he keeps his love affair with Lana a secret.
