Smallville is in its tenth season now and Tom Welling has some requests for this series installment. Apparently, Tom Welling wishes that there will be a reunion of casts of Smallville before the series ends with its Tenth Season, and the last season of the series.

In his recent interview, Welling said to reporters that he wishes to see his friends Michael Rosenbaum and Kristen Kreuk make an appearance in the last season. Michael Rosenbaum who portrayed the role of Lex and Kristen Kreuk who portrayed the role of Lana, were just few of the known characters in Smallville that have contributed a lot in the success of the show. Lana and Lex are both part of the journey of Clark Kent into becoming Superman. If ever this happens, probably the episode where they might appear might be in the last episodes of the series.

Welling would like to see more character from past season to be back. Some of the characters he mentioned were: Martha Kent, played by Annette O’Toole, Perry White, played by actor Michael McKean and Jonathan Kent, played by actor John Scheneider. Obviously, Welling wants the people who are significant in the life of Superman be back in the show.

Welling also gave some hints on what to expect on the last installment of the series. He mentioned that there might be a possibility of a Justice League plot in the show. He said that there is a lot in store for the viewers in season ten. Everything is planned to make the tenth installment a big one.

Meanwhile, while season 10 is still in the making, season 9 DVD’s are now in the making. For some updates, the cover for the DVD was obtained by Kryptonsite. The cover will feature Clark Kent in his Blurry glory.

Also, while waiting for Smallville Season 10, watch out for No Ordinary Family. The show is another work of two of the former executives of Smallville, Todd Slaykin and Darren Swimmer. According to reports, this is another superhero based show which will premiere on ABC this fall.
